Early Intervention Family Worker 0.40FTE

(Fixed-Term to 30 June 2026)

Annual Base Salary: $93,994 to $100,396 per annum full-time equivalent

Play an important role in strengthening and supporting vulnerable families in our community.

The City of Victor Harbor is seeking an Early Intervention Family Worker to join our Community Wellbeing team.

Through outreach case management, you will enhance family safety, build trust, meet client directed goals, empower and build strengths in clients as well as referring to other support services where appropriate.

What you’ll need to succeed

We’re looking for an individual who is passionate about supporting vulnerable and disadvantaged families, building a stronger and more resilient community.

You will bring:

  • Ability to build rapport with families, children, young people and agencies
  • Knowledge of the Fleurieu community
