About the role
This role sits within a growing and highly driven financial control team. Reporting to a senior finance leader, you’ll work closely with various business units and senior stakeholders, contributing to financial reporting, controls, and process improvement initiatives.

Duties/Key responsibilities

• Prepare month-end journals and deliver timely financial reporting
• Conduct variance analysis and support reconciliations
• Assist with entity-level compliance and audit processes
• Support internal controls, capital reporting, and business partnering
• Help drive finance process and system improvements
• Partner with Fund Managers and operational teams to support commercial decisions

Skills and experience

• Degree qualified in accounting or similar with a background in Financial Services or Funds is preferred and coming from BIG 4/Mid-Tier is a plus!
• CA/CPA qualified is a must
• Strong financial control/reporting background ideally coming from a Financial Accountant role
• Prior experience in financial services or a fast-paced corporate environment is a plus
• Team-oriented, detail-focused, and comfortable engaging with stakeholders and building relationships with Executive Leaders
