Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Beauty Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of skincare, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to helping clients achieve their skincare goals. We have approx. 25-30hrs per week available, but more hours/full time hours are available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

Provide a range of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, body treatments, IPL, skin needling, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion and LED. Lash extensions are highly regarded.

Conduct skin consultations and recommend appropriate treatments and products.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Work as part of the Ella Bache Ipswich team to achieve salon goals.

Requirements:

Diploma in Beauty Therapy or equivalent.

1-2 years of in-salon experience.

Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including Thursday evening and Saturdays.
