The Role in a Nutshell

Empower educators – Coach and mentor childcare teams, giving them the skills and confidence to support every child.

Collaborate & Adapt – Work closely with centre leaders and teams, shaping each visit around their needs.

Teach and Inspire - Lead small group workshops and professional development sessions.

Create Practical Resources – Craft handouts, information sheets, and quick-reference visuals that make strategies stick.

Iterate & Improve – Test ideas, gather feedback, and level-up our proven coaching framework alongside our Senior OT.

You’ll Thrive If You…

Hold AHPRA registration with paediatric experience (3+ years preferred). Rock-stars with less, please still apply.

Have top-notch communication skills—whether you’re presenting to a room of educators, coaching a parent, or chatting with a toddler.

Approachable, love building relationships, and take initiative

Live and breathe neuroaffirming, strengths-based practice.

Have a driver's licence and a car.
