We are looking for Provisional or Registered Psychologists, Counsellors and Behaviour Support Practitioners with a strong interest of supporting our clients and working as part of a team.
We are NDIS registered for therapeutic supports and behaviour support. We also provide services to out of home care clients, individuals with Medicare Health Care Plans, Private Health Insurance and self-referred clients.
Located in The Entrance, we support clients across the lifespan and provide services across early intervention, school age, adolescent and adults who have various presentations and disability types. We offer appointments for our clients at our office, schools, homes and in the community. This is an exciting opportunity to join our nurturing and welcoming team.
This position is also open to Psychologists looking to contract.

Role Requirements
Completed Bachelor's Degree (Psychology, Psychological Science, Social Work, Social Science).
Registration with AHPRA as a provisional or registered Psychologist
NDIS registration as a behaviour practitioner (or the ability to become registered).
Experience as a Psychologist and/or Behaviour Support Practitioner
Experience and understanding of working with mental health, such as depression, anxiety, interpersonal difficulties, grief and loss.
Current NSW Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain).
Experience working with clients through the NDIS.
A driver’s license and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
Willingness to obtain a National Police Check.
Working in a collaborative team environment.
Tasks & responsibilities
Provide therapeutic services to individuals at our office, clients' schools, and their homes.
Working with individuals across the lifespan to provide therapy, assessments, and recommendations.
Conduct psychological assessments (Academic, Cognitive, Developmental and Behavioural)
Work collaboratively with individuals, families, other allied health providers, coordinators of support and disability support workers.
Conduct functional behaviour assessments and gathering behaviour data.
Writing of Positive Behaviour Support Plans to increase our clients’ quality of life by working towards increasing their skills, improving emotional regulation and introducing replacement behaviours.
Plan subsequent treatment and interventions relevant to clients' presentations.
