We are looking for a detail-driven and tech-savy professional to join our team as a Curriculum Officer Registrar!
In this role you will be responsible for maintaining and managing The Gordon’s Curriculum within our Student Management System, and the processing and issuance of Student Awards.
You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders across the organisation, ensuring compliance and data-integrity is upheld with key regulatory frameworks such as HESG, ASQA, and CRICOS.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Managing and maintaining course registration processes and the integrity of The Gordon’s Curriculum in our Student Management System.
• Building strong relationships with internal teams across the Institute to ensure smooth workflows and achieve outcomes within tight timeframes.
• Ensuring student awards are processed accurately in line with national standards.
• Navigating multiple software platforms and databases.
• Providing expert administrative support to uphold compliance with training package requirements and regulatory authorities.
What You’ll Bring:
• Strong experience working with software systems and large databases.
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Employment Opportunity:
0.50 Part Time (5 days per fortnight) Ongoing Opportunity

Salary:
$68,392 to $74,345 p.a. (pro-rata) plus Superannuation
Superannuation is paid at the current superannuation guarantee rate.
