A Bit About Us

Virtue Roofing WA started when two Kiwi mates moved to Perth with a clear goal bring integrity and real craftsmanship back into roofing.

Since then, we’ve grown into a team that’s known across WA for elite-level work, attention to detail, and not taking shortcuts. Our growth has been built on values not volume and the crew we’ve got now is sharp, loyal, and proud of what we build.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

Installing architectural Colorbond roofing and cladding (not sheds, not budget work)

Reading and executing off plans/mudmaps with precision

Working clean, smart, and safe

Taking ownership of your section of the job

Supporting the crew because here, it’s us, not me

Being someone your teammates can rely on, not carry

This is not a leading hand role but you’ll still be expected to lead by example.

Who This Is NOT For

If you don’t take pride in your work scroll on

If you need to be reminded to clean up or check your own work we’re not your crew

If you’re happy cutting corners, rushing jobs, or blaming others please don’t apply

Who This IS For

Qualified roofer or roof plumber

5+ years experience in metal roofing or cladding

You care about your finish sharp lines, clean flashings, details done right

You’re reliable, easy to work with, and want to grow in the trade

You work safely, communicate clearly, and back your crew
