Join Our Team – Pool Technician Wanted

Mick’s Pool Care is growing, and we're looking for a Pool Technician to join our team. While prior experience is preferred, it's not essential—we offer full on-the-job training for the right candidate. Immediate start available. Pay will be based on experience.

We service a wide area across the Hunter Valley and surrounds, so a willingness to travel is essential. Workdays will start at our depot in Greta.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain residential pools and spas

Test water and balance chemicals

Install and repair pool equipment

Deliver professional, prompt customer service

Keep accurate service records

About You

We’re seeking someone who is either experienced in the pool industry or has strong mechanical/technical aptitude and a willingness to learn.

You must have:

A current driver’s license and willingness to travel

A self-motivated, proactive attitude

Ability to work independently and manage time well

Strong communication and customer service skills

Physical ability to lift up to 20kg
