About the role

Ritchie's Fabrication PTY LTD is seeking Service Crew Operators to join our team. Whilst our company is based out of Dubbo NSW, we work across NSW and interstate across many mine sites. We have multiple casual full-time positions (with the potential for full-time work). Whether you're an experienced Service Crew Operator or you're looking for a change, this role is for you!

Responsibilities

Install and remove ventilation ducting and fans.

Install water, air, and pump reticulation pipes.

Install electrical reticulation and build ventilation devices.

Install and remove communication equipment.

Safely use hand tools to undertake tasks.

Perform daily workplace inspections and pre-start checks.

Operate the Integrated Tool (IT) carrier.

Transport fuel and materials as required.

Assist the charge-up crew.

Requirements

Previous experience in a service crew role (desirable).

Working at Heights, Confined Space (desirable)

Open C class driver’s licence.

Ability to manage resources effectively with strong organisation and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Ability to work a 7/7 roster rotation (days and nights).

Ability to hold and maintain a police clearance certificate.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

A strong work ethic and attitude
