About the role

JMT Earthworks is seeking a versatile Truck Driver/Operator and Labourer to join our team. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of our rock retaining wall and earthmoving projects around the Gold Coast.

What you'll be doing

Safely operating a range of construction equipment such as trucks, excavators, and positracks.

Undertaking general labouring duties.

Working collaboratively with the construction crew to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects

Maintaining equipment in good working condition and reporting any issues or concerns

Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations on site

What we're looking for

Previous experience operating construction equipment such as trucks and excavators.

Demonstrated ability to work safely and effectively in a construction environment

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well within a team

A positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to quality workmanship

A current driver's licence and the ability to obtain any necessary plant/machinery operating licences
