About the role

Stacked Pack Dog Walking is seeking a passionate and experienced Dog Walker/Trainer to join our team in Ipswich, QLD. This full-time role will involve providing high-quality dog walking and training services to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

Safely and reliably walking one or more dogs in designated areas for multiple walks per day

Providing basic training and safe socialisation for dogs during walks

Monitoring the health and wellbeing of dogs in your care

Communicating regularly with clients about their dogs' experiences

Ensuring all dogs are transported and handled in a safe and humane manner

Adhering to all company policies and procedures related to animal welfare

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in dog walking and/or training. Alternatively, we can provide training

Fit and able to walk on average 15 km per day

Strong knowledge of canine behaviour, training methods and animal welfare

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

A calm, patient and compassionate approach when handling dogs

A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle that can transport multiple dogs at a time

Have an ABN or willing to obtain one

Have a current police check completed or willing to obtain one

First aid certification or willingness to obtain one
