About the role

The Alemre Hospitality Group is seeking passionate and experienced Wait Staff to join our team at Downtown Istanbul in Hawthorne QLD 4171. This is a casual role or full-time role, offering the flexibility to work around your schedule and commitments. As a member of our front-of-house team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our patrons have an unforgettable dining experience.

What you'll be doing

Greeting customers and escorting them to their tables

Providing menu recommendations and answering any questions customers may have

Taking food and beverage orders and inputting them accurately into the system. We are full table service!

Serving food and drinks in a timely and professional manner

Maintaining a clean and organised dining area

Assisting with general front-of-house duties as required

Punctual and well presented

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality roles

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

The ability to work well in a team and under pressure

A passion for food and providing exceptional customer service

Good attention to detail and the ability to multitask

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends
