About the role

Seeking Experienced Casual Housekeepers & Maintenance staff. You will assist in the cleaning, presentation, servicing and general maintenance of 20 self contained apartments and common areas of the property.

Housekeepers will be responsible for cleaning & daily servicing of guest rooms and common areas of the property.

Maintenance persons will be responsible for the general maintenance of guest rooms & common areas as well as garden maintenance including Lawn Mowing, weeding, general repairs, pressure cleaning, concrete cleaning, carpet cleaning & assisting housekeeping staff with cleaning & servicing guest rooms

Your work hours are generally between 10am & 2pm daily providing a family friendly, healthy work life balance, although these hours may vary slightly.

Housekeeping $31.23 Mon-Fri – $43.72 p/hr Sun

Maintenance/Handyman Maintenance $33.96 p/hr Mon-Fri (Maintenance work is generally performed Mon-Fri, with occasional weekend work)

Skills and experience

The ideal candidates will have Housekeeping and or General Property Maintenance & Gardening experience.
