About the role

We are seeking a skilled and qualified Laser Therapist to join our dynamic team at Divine Beauty Specialists in Sylvania NSW 2224. As a Laser Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality laser treatments to our clients, helping them achieve their aesthetic goals. This is a full-time opportunity that offers the chance to work in a collaborative and supportive environment.

What you'll be doing

Performing a Laser Hair Removal with the Alma Soprano Titanium Machine

Conducting thorough client consultations to understand their needs and develop customised treatment plans

Ensuring the safe and effective use of laser equipment by following all relevant protocols and guidelines

Maintaining detailed client records and documenting treatment progress

Providing exceptional customer service and educating clients on their treatment options and aftercare

Collaborating with the the team to deliver a seamless and memorable client experience

Upselling clients to our unique Beauty Membership to reach KPI's

Utilising Social Media and creating content, reels etc to post on our TikTok, Youtube, Instagram and Facebook Pages

What we're looking for

Formal qualifications in Laser Therapy or a related field

Minimum 2 years of practical experience in performing laser treatments

Thorough understanding of skin types, laser safety, and treatment protocols

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
