Trojan Recruitment Group are seeking multiple experienced Painter Blasters for an immediate start on a local project based in our Henderson workshop. Enjoy consistent hours, long-term stability, and great pay.

About the Role:

• Workshop-based position in Henderson
• Day shift: Monday to Friday (10–11hours)
• Weekend work available if desired
• Opportunity to work 50–60 hours per week
• Long-term, ongoing work

Key Duties Include:

• Mixing and preparing paints to match required colours
• Surface prep including removal of old paint, filling, sanding, and sealing
• Application of paint using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
• Operation and setup of abrasive blasting equipment
• Surface finishing including grinding and sanding
• Loading and maintaining spray equipment

Requirements:

• Experience with Airless and Conventional Spray Painting
• Proven Abrasive Blasting experience
• Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
• Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol Screening (DAS)
