About the Role
Our client is a well-known manufacturing and distribution business with locations in Eastern Creek. Recent growth has created multiple opportunities for production workers to join their business on an ongoing basis with a view to permanency.

These roles require you to pass a medical that requires a high level of physical fitness. You must be very physically fit to be successful in these roles.

Start Date: ASAP
Rate: $45.05 p/hour
Duration: Ongoing
Hours: 5 days a week commitment (Monday - Friday), 38 hours a week
Employment: Casual/contract but potential for permanency

Shift Available:
Afternoon Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:00pm – 10:00pm

Duties:

• General Factory Duties
• Quality Checking
• Fixing damaged pallet planks
• Using a semi automated table to assist with turning and flipping the pallets for inspection
• Using powertools such as angle grinders and nail guns
• Running lines by managing the production flow with assistance and guidance by computer monitoring systems
• Pallet Wash Bay Operation
• Heavy manual handling

About You
You will be a reliable, enthusiastic, and punctual individual who is seeking long-term, full-time employment. You will have full availability to work full time hours on day, afternoon and night shift.

Essential Criteria

• High degree of physical fitness.
• Able to perform repetitive manual tasks.
• Positive attitude with the desire and ability to learn and establish a career in manufacturing.
• Looking for long-term work
• Permanent working rights in Australia with no restrictions.
• A car and a driver's licence
• Able to pass a drug and alcohol test as well as random onsite testing.
• Ability to pass medical assessment.
• Ability to complete a police check.
