About the role

Join the dynamic team at Link-Force Au' as a Dogman on a casual basis in Perth WA 6000. As a Dogman, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of construction and lifting operations, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials and equipment.

What you'll be doing

Attaching, securing, and moving loads using appropriate rigging equipment

Working with Mobile crane , and Frame work

Communicating effectively with crane operators and team members to coordinate safe lifting operations

Inspecting and maintaining rigging equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards

Providing guidance and instruction to workers involved in lifting tasks

Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

Collaborating with site supervisors to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions

What we're looking for

Formal training and certification as a Dogman, with a strong understanding of rigging and lifting practices

Proven experience in a similar role within the construction or industrial sector

Preferably forklift and telehandler ticket

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with crane operators and team members

Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Commitment to upholding health, safety, and environmental standards

Flexibility to adapt to changing work requirements and schedules
