The successful applicant will:
Be able to demonstrate an educational vision consistent with the College’s Vision for Learning.
Have be an excellent classroom practitioner in English, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of SCSA courses.
Able to work collaboratively in a team, in the development of curriculum, teaching and assessment materials.
Be committed to ongoing professional learning and personal growth.
Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and families using strong written and oral communication skills.
Possess excellent organisational and time management skills.
Be proficient in the use of SEQTA and other digital learning and management platforms.
Work collaboratively as part of a team in the development of curriculum, teaching, and assessment materials transformed by digital technologies.
Demonstrate an educational vision that aligns with the mission and values of the College.
Be supportive of the Catholic ethos and the Presentation traditions and practices of the College.
The successful applicant will also have a warm and welcoming disposition, and have demonstrated the ability to work well autonomously, as well as in a team environment. They will need to display flexibility, creativity and excellent attention to detail and be supportive of the Catholic Ethos and the Presentation traditions and practices of the College.
