About us:

We are an online-based tutoring company specializing in one-on-one personalized virtual teaching with over 250 teachers registered. Teaching is catered to a broad range of students, from Australian born Chinese students to Chinese international students, from primary level to Year 12 students. We offer an extensive range of programs, featuring comprehensive subject offerings for Year 11-12 students preparing for exams across VCE, HSC, WACE, QCE, and SACE, along with Year 1-10 English, Maths and Sciences programs.

Position: Online One-on-one Year 11-12 Subject Teachers

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and highly experienced teachers to join us for the following Year 11-12 VCE subjects (or any equivalent subjects in HSC/QCE/WACE/SACE).

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one sessions to students.

Assist students with understanding subject material, homework and exam preparation.

Follow customized lesson plans to meet individual student needs.

Track and report student progress.

Offer motivational support and academic guidance.

Requirements:

It is crucial for our teachers to possess HIGHLY PROFICIENT fluency in Mandarin due to our student demographic.

A degree in teaching AND OR currently teaching at a local high school is highly advantageous

Has strong exam-preparation skills and is familiar with the current VCE/HSC/QCE/WACE/SACE syllabus as well as assessment structures

Passionate about education and student academic growth

The number of years of teaching experience the teacher has had

Whether the teacher has classroom experience in Australian day schools

The teacher's expertise with Year 12 final exams and internal assessments

Teaching Materials and Student Learning Plans provided
