The Position

To be successful in this position you need to enjoy work that keeps you on your feet and on the move! Our Production Crew move significant amounts of timber in and out of the yard every week. Anticipate busy days here – you’ll be machine operating/cutting, prepping and packing timber orders accurately and at pace to contribute to the daily order schedule being met – the focus is to get the material out the door on time and with 100% accuracy. This role is best suited to a hardworking person – someone who is accurate, fast, fit, reliable and enjoys work that is physical by nature. The Meyer Timber Production Crew never let their customers down. They deliver every time, no matter what it takes. They are a team you’ll be proud to be a part of!

• Recent experience in a job that involves being on the move [lifting, bending, being on your feet].
• A forklift licence will be well regarded however is not essential.
• A solid work history [you’ve shown a good long-term commitment to jobs in the past]
• Work is important to you – you’ve got bills to pay!
• You like work that keeps you physically fit and on the move;
• A keen eye for detail;
