Kebab Nation Grill House is seeking a talented, dedicated, and highly skilled individual to join our team in Watsonia. This full-time role is integral to the success of our dynamic restaurant. Depending on your experience and strengths, this could be a Management position overseeing operations or a key All-Rounder Superstar role where you excel in all facets of our service.

Critical Requirements for This Role (Non-Negotiable):

Full & Unrestricted Availability: This position demands full availability to meet our 7-day operational schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Successful applicants must demonstrate their capacity to work across all required shifts without restriction from other commitments (such as current study). This is a non-negotiable aspect of the position due to operational demands.

Fluent English: Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are essential for customer interaction and team coordination.

What You'll Be Doing (Responsibilities may vary based on whether the role is focused on Management or as a Senior All-Rounder):

Leading by example in preparing and cooking high-quality kebabs, salads, and other menu items to our exacting standards.

Overseeing daily operations, managing staff rosters, training and mentoring team members, and ensuring smooth shift transitions.

Expertly handling all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and kitchen duties as needed, potentially training junior staff.

Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Maintaining a clean, organised, and compliant work environment in the kitchen and dining areas.

Strict adherence to all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.

Managing inventory, stock control, and supplier orders.

Supporting and motivating the wider team as required.

What We're Looking For (Essential Skills & Attributes):

Proven, significant experience in a similar role within the kebab or fast-paced food service industry.

For Managerial candidates: Demonstrated experience in leading a team, managing shifts, and operational oversight.

For All-Rounder Superstar candidates: Exceptional, versatile skills across all areas of kebab preparation, cooking, and customer service.

Excellent culinary skills and a genuine passion for preparing delicious,kebabs, meals & HSP's.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and lead by example.

An unwavering commitment to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a strong work ethic.
