About the Role

If you have a knack for creating, fixing, and repairing, and a genuine love for coffee, our On-Road Coffee Machine Technician role based out of our Newcastle warehouse presents a unique opportunity. This role allows you to elevate your technical knowledge and customer service skills by working hands-on with some of the finest coffee machines globally, including La Marzocco and other leading espresso machines, filter grinders, and accessories.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Providing technical support for our clients.

* Performing regular servicing of commercial customer equipment.

* Responding to and attending customer inquiries and callouts.

* Carrying out preventative maintenance according to manufacturer guidelines and our schedule.

* Maintaining up-to-date records and submitting accurate job sheets.

* Managing appropriate stock control inventory for our service van.

* Rebuilding and servicing coffee machines and equipment in the warehouse for upcoming installations.

About You

As our On-Road Service Technician, you will need to demonstrate:

* A customer-focused approach with a commitment to 5-star service.

* Strong mechanical aptitude.

* A full and valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the broader Newcastle, Central Coast, and Port Stephens areas as required.

* Keen attention to detail.

* The ability to provide emergency support with a positive, can-do attitude.

* The capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

* A genuine love for coffee.
