The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and passionate Customer Service superstar to join us and be the first point of contact for our clients. If you have excellent communication and organisation skills and are capable of multi-tasking, then we want to hear from you. This role will log customer updates and communication within Salesforce, as well as perform a variety of customer focused tasks to support the day-to-day operations of the office. The ideal candidate has a professional, polite, and friendly demeanour whilst having high attention to detail.
This role is based out of our Alexandria office in Sydney.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Resolve customer and logistical issues in a professional manner to meet customer needs
- Respond to customer queries (email/telephone) in a timely and professional manner that aligns with the company values
- Preparing quotes and liaising with contractors
- Liaise with various parties (glaziers, contractors, tradespeople) to ensure a smooth workflow
- Accurate data management within Salesforce
What we are looking for:
- Prior administrative, contractor coordination, or customer service experience is essential
- Demonstrated proficient use of computers and a variety of software applications including MS Office Suite
- Demonstrated level of interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to organise and prioritise a demanding workload with high level accuracy
- Ability to adapt to changing situations in a calm and professional manner
- Prior experience with Salesforce is advantageous but not essential
