About the Role

MMS are currently seeking 1 x experienced Drill Rig Specialist's to join our Field Service team in Western Australia. The position will be responsible for on-site drill rig diagnosis, routine maintenance, breakdown & technical support on a fleet of surface drill rigs.

Roster - 2/2 Lifestyle Roster,

Pay - Based on experience between $75 to &90 p/hour with super on all hours

Key Responsibilities

Diagnostic work in breakdown scenarios

Routine maintenance & servicing inline with OEM requirements

Scheduled fleet repairs and component replacements

Repairs and maintenance on machine electrical & hydraulic systems

Offer technical support for drill fleets

Offer mechanical support & coaching to the customer technicians

Undertake workshop and field based work - machine service or repair as instructed by the customer

Skills & Experience

CERT III Heavy Vehicle / Mobile Plant Qualification

Post-trade experience in a similar role

Experience with surface mine drills, MD6250/ MD6310 Drill experience will be highly regarded

Caterpillar/Bucyrus/Terex/ Epiroc/ Sandvik product knowledge and maintenance experience

Strong interpersonal communication skills and dedication to safe work practices as well as continuous improvement

Must have the rights to work in Australia
