An opportunity exists for a casual Storeperson at our foodservice branch located in Gladstone.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager this position requires you to accurately pick and pack goods, ensuring the assembly of goods and the loading of trucks is conducted accurately, product integrity is maintained, and time management is adhered to. This is a physical position with some heavy lifting. Training will be provided with an immediate start available.

Duties:

Pick and assemble goods accurately

Load trucks efficiently and safely

Receive, put away and rotate stock

Maintain tidy and accurate bin locations

Perform duties in freezer environments (down to -25°C)

Support warehouse housekeeping and safety protocols

Work overtime when required to meet demand

Skills and Experience:

Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

Forklift licence (Essential)

QLD Police Clearance Certificate

Current Influenza Vaccination

Previous warehouse or Store person experience (a plus)

Good communication and time management skills

Comfortable working across freezer (minus 25 degrees temperature), chiller and dry areas

Able to pass a pre-employment medical (if required)
