Position Summary
Working as part of a team you will facilitate repairs and services on the Kodak Alaris software and scanner product ranges. You will work face-to-face with customers to provide high quality work and rapid problem-solving solutions. Travel throughout the assigned territory will be necessary.
With a strong technical mindset and excellent customer service skill you will multitask between products, customers, locations and multi equipment applications. There will be product training provided and you will be continuously supported by our expert Alaris technical support team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide repair/service/parts installation to equipment located on customer premises.
Actively works as part of a team to improve performance in terms of service delivery.
Provide assistance to customers via telephone and with on-site visits.
Diagnose equipment and provide repair solutions in a timely fashion.
Attend training courses to meet business needs.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 2 years technical experience (Scanning solution experience is essential)
Capture software/Workflow documentation process experience would be advantageous
Friendly and professional personality
Motivated and driven with effective time management skills to meet customer need
Solutions focused
Sound knowledge and experience of previous equipment service or document solutions is preferred.
Clean Driving Licence
Frequent travel visiting customer locations daily but ability to plan weekly calendar.
Customer Facing experience and highly motivated with a positive 'can-do' attitude
Ability to understand digital technology (PC hardware & associated software, peripheral interfaces and network protocols) is essential.
Must be committed to undertake ongoing product training as required.
