Your Home Court Advantage delivers premier tennis coaching directly to client's private home courts in some of Melbourne’s most prestigious suburbs. We’re growing — and looking for top-tier coaches who bring a blend of skill, professionalism, and reliability.

This is a high-responsibility role with strong potential for progression. As the business grows, so do the opportunities — whether you're starting as a Tennis Coach or stepping in as a Senior or Head Coach, there is room to move up and take on greater leadership within the team.

Start Date:
Work is expected to begin in late April to early May.

What We’re Looking For:

Certified Full Coach qualified to lead all lesson types (private, semi-private, group, cardio) for all age groups

Minimum 3 years of coaching experience

Professional presentation and conduct — essential when coaching at clients’ homes

Exceptional punctuality and reliability

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with players of all ages

Legal right to work in Australia

Additional coaching qualifications or certifications

Multilingual abilities

A car and license for ease of travel between sessions
