What You'll Be Doing

Deliver insightful, accurate, and timely financial reports, models, and analysis to inform strategic decisions.

Collaborate with business leaders to provide financial guidance, analytical support, and commercial advice.

Develop and implement business solutions that align with broader financial goals and corporate strategy.

Lead the financial aspects of strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Partner with the Strategy and wider Finance teams to deliver consolidated month-end reporting and monitor performance against business plans.

Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and modelling to support key initiatives.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within financial systems and operations.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

CA, CPA, or CFA certification (preferred).

Prior experience in a commercially focused business partnering role within a mid-to-large sized organisation

Strong commercial acumen, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

High proficiency with financial tools and systems (e.g., Excel, ERP platforms).

A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
