Covering an expansive geographical area which includes the Central Coast, Sydney’s Northern Beaches and North Shore, Catholic Schools Broken Bay is a system serving 45 Catholic Schools with around 18,000 students from Kindergarten to Year 12.

The Role

Reporting to the Leader: Transformation & Learning Delivery, CSBB is currently seeking a Digital Training and Learning Facilitator to join our creative and service-focused team. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and passionate individual who is enthusiastic about integrating digital literacy skills and knowledge in teaching/learning and working alongside colleagues to help them develop confidence in their use of digital technologies.

This is a temporary, part-time (0.4FTE) role working 2 days per week, based at our head office in Pennant Hills as well as working in CSBB schools, predominantly on the Central Coast.

This role is to commence as soon as possible and conclude in January 2026.

Salary: Circa $135K + super (pro-rata)

Role Responsibilities

Training delivery and professional development to grow digital literacy, confidence, and competencies across a wide range of stakeholders

Create and maintain a suite of process and procedural documentation for users, including the development of online training materials

Collaborate with the Leader: Transformation and Learning Delivery to lead small projects

Engage with internal customers and stakeholders to clarify, refine, and present opportunities for improvement and innovation

Collaborate with internal stakeholders in schools and the CSBB Head Office to understand procurement needs and requirements

Identify potential improvements to our systems and processes, with particular focus on learning and student/teacher empowerment

Facilitate student and adult learning, with a future-focused lens on the evolving needs of our students and staff in alignment with CSBB strategy

Essential Criteria

Supportive of the Catholic ethos & values

Experience in leading and supporting change

Experience in face-to-face training

Demonstrated understanding of digital literacy needs of education sector

Has the ability to develop a training program and related materials

Teaching experience within a school setting (Secondary is desirable)

Ability to manage competing priorities with a solutions-focused mindset

Has a keen eye for detail to deliver consistently accurate and informed written and verbal communications suitable for the receiving audience

Customer focused with outstanding interpersonal skills

Advanced knowledge and skill in the Microsoft Suite products

Ability to meet deadlines, prioritise & re-prioritise tasks accordingly

Adaptive and responsive to change

Relevant Tertiary Qualification and/or Certified Practitioner credential or an equivalent level of knowledge in the relevant field gained through any combination of education, training and/or experience

Valid Working with Children Check

Current NSW Driver’s Licence (and own car required)
