About the role

Better Gym is seeking a Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our growing team in Glynde, SA. As a casual Reformer Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for leading engaging and effective Reformer Pilates classes that challenge and keep our members coming back. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your passion for fitness and help our members achieve their wellness goals.

What you'll be doing

Delivering high-quality, results-driven Reformer Pilates classes to members of all fitness levels

Providing personalised guidance and support to ensure members get the most out of each session

Maintaining a safe and motivating environment in the studio

Collaborating with the wider fitness team to continually enhance the member experience

Ensuring all equipment is set up and maintained to the highest standards

Adhering to all company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

Recognised qualification in Reformer Pilates instruction

Minimum 1 year of experience teaching Reformer Pilates classes (preferred)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety

Passion for fitness and a desire to help others achieve their wellness goals

Flexible availability to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Better Gym also offers Group Fitness Classes, if you have your Cert III & IV in fitness this would be highly desirable, however not essential.
