360 Personnel is looking for Roller Operators to join us in working with a leading civil construction company with ongoing projects across the Park Ridge area. They’re expanding and looking for reliable Civil Labourers with roller tickets to join their growing team.

What you need:

Valid Roller Ticket (RIIMPO317) (preferred)

Civil site experience (earthworks, roadworks, subdivisions, etc.)

White Card

Physically fit and ready to work

Driver’s licence and own transport preferred

Your role will include:

Operating rollers on active civil sites

General labouring, spotting, and trenching

Supporting plant operators and site supervisors
