The People & Culture Division (P&C) provides a full range of employee services across the University of Wollongong and is comprised of Operations & Systems, Diversity and Inclusion, Development & Engagement, Work Health & Safety, Employment Relations and Business Partnering. Together, the Division is working to build and support a new experience focused, agile culture that connects teams within the P&C, and provides an exceptional customer experience across UOW, supported by the smart use of systems and technology.

The HR Systems Manager leads the development, implementation, and maintenance of the University’s People and Culture (P&C) information systems, ensuring seamless integration, data integrity, and optimal performance. This role involves managing P&C systems, including Oracle HCM/payroll systems, and collaborating with P&C teams to optimise workflows and drive business efficiency.
