About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head First Aid Trainer to join our growing team at CPR First Aid. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading our team of first aid trainers and ensuring the delivery of high-quality first aid training courses across Sydney, NSW.

What you'll be doing

Manage and oversee the delivery of first aid training courses, ensuring consistent quality and compliance with industry standards

Recruit, train, and develop a team of first aid trainers, providing guidance and support to help them excel in their roles

Continuously review and update course materials to ensure they are up-to-date and meet the latest industry requirements

Liaise with clients to understand their specific training needs and tailor course content accordingly

Monitor and report on training outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

Represent the company at industry events and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

What we're looking for

Extensive experience (3+ years) as a first aid trainer or instructor, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality training

Thorough knowledge of first aid practices, procedures, and industry regulations, as well as the ability to effectively communicate this information to trainees

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of trainers

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and adapt training to their specific needs

Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, such as Education, Training, or Workplace Health and Safety

Current first aid and CPR certification, as well as a valid driver's license and reliable transport
