We are a very enthusiastic, passionate and committed company, and we are searching for a pro-active and motivated Travel Officer to join our team.
About the position:
The Travel Officer is responsible for managing flights, accommodation and vehicle hire and provides comprehensive and confidential administrative support and assistance to Eunoia Lane.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of travel across Eunoia Lane
- Coordinate and maintain Eunoia Lane’s shared diary, including organising/scheduling appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, attendance at conferences and seminars on behalf.
- Data entry of client information into system, and maintain spreadsheets accordingly.
- Identify, anticipate and prepare information requirements for meetings, appointments, presentations etc., and follow up inward and outward requests for information, outstanding reports, and correspondence.
- Provide a range of administrative services and respond to telephone, email, face to face enquiries for staff, clients and visitors to meet the needs of Eunoia Lane.
- Manage Eunoia Lane’s fleet of vehicles, ensuring services and repairs are conducted appropriately.
- Draft and prepare meeting agendas; write up meeting minutes and distribute in a timely manner.
- Order and take stockpile of stationary and other required office items/amenities, using the finance procedure as per Eunoia Lane Policy and Procedures.
- Reflect and embed Eunoia Lane’s principles, objectives and strategic priorities when exercising the responsibilities of this position.

- A current NT driver’s licence
- A current Working with Children (Ochre) card
- A NDIS Worker Screening
- A current national police clearance
- The right to work in Australia.
