Our cafe is situated within a private medical centre near the CBD, operating Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 3:30pm. No weekends or night shifts, and the centre is closed on Public Holidays. We can offer between 15-25 hours a week.

To be successful in this role, you must possess strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and an enthusiasm for hospitality. Current food handling and food safety certificates desirable. As we are situated in a medical facility, applicants without food handling experience will not be considered.

Must-have qualities:

~ Flexibility to work Monday to Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm

~ Barista experience (Minimum of 2 years)

~ Knowledge of coffee machine & grinder operation

~ Current Food Handling and Food Preparation Certificates

~ Reliable, punctual, presentable & a team player

~ Customer-focused and friendly

~ Ability to multi-task and work under pressure during busy periods
