About the role

Brennan Civil Infrastructure Pty Ltd is seeking skilled Plant & Machinery Operators to join our team in Temora, NSW. As a full-time operator, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of our civil infrastructure projects in the local area.

What you'll be doing

Operating a range of plant and machinery, including excavators ranging from 50t to 6t, skid steers and rollers, to carry out a variety of construction tasks

Undertaking pre-start checks and maintaining equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety

Working closely with the project team to efficiently complete construction activities to a high standard

Adhering to all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures

What we're looking for

Experience as a Plant & Machinery Operator in the Construction industry, GPS experience and final trim highly regarded.

Competent in the operation of a variety of plant and machinery, with the ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team

Current HR or HC driver's licence and relevant plant operator tickets/licences highly regarded but not mandatory
