We are currently recruiting experienced LO/LF Operators for immediate starts throughout multiple 3PL warehouse sites across Sydney.

Locations: Kemps Creek, Wetherill Park, Smithfield, Campbelltown Areas

Key Responsibilities:

Operating LF/LO forklifts safely and efficiently (LF/LO Licence required)

RF scanning for accurate picking and packing of orders

Performing manual handling of heavy items (up to 20kg)

Pallet wrapping, staging, and general warehouse housekeeping

Working in a 3PL warehouse – supporting multiple clients across fast-moving product lines

Meeting KPIs and maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail

Essential Requirements:

Valid LF/LO forklift licence is essential

Recent experience in both order picking and high reach forklift operation

Physically fit and capable of repetitive lifting/manual handling

Strong attention to detail and reliability

Own reliable transport – sites are not accessible via public transport

Availability for immediate start on day shift - must be available to work from 7am

Have own transport

Experience in a 3PL logistics environment highly regarded
