This role involves teaching years 7-12 TAS, including industrial and textiles technology. Working holiday visa holders are encouraged to apply.

Demonstrated Experience and Skills

• qualifications and suitable experience to teach industrial technology and textiles
• demonstrated strategies to cater for a variety of learners
• desire to work as part of the wider school team
• flexibility to respond to a dynamic learning environment
• evidence of a relational approach to colleagues, students, and parents
• effective organisation and ability to fulfil administrative and assessment requirements of a teaching role
• excellent communication skills
• ability to achieve strong academic results

Prerequisites:

• Eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
• Tertiary Qualification (minimum 4-year degree, or 75% complete)
• Valid Working with Children Check (for employment purposes)
• Have unrestricted working rights in Australia
