We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Services Officer to join our dynamic Bayswater team within the Food production Industry. You will play a key role in processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy, and supporting our production and warehousing teams to keep everything running smoothly.
The initial training phase will be 5 days per week Monday to Friday from 9am – 5pm and this period would be expected to last between 2-4 weeks.
The position shifts will then revert to Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday from 9am – 5pm
Pay Rate: Pay rates starting from $34.59 p/h
Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Liaise with distributors and corporate clients on order updates.
• Compile daily production requirements for internal departments.
• Prepare daily frozen product manifests for warehouse distribution.
• Generate monthly management and KPI reports.
• Perform various accounting tasks including petty cash, invoicing, and banking.
• Maintain promotional data, customer databases, and weekly call sheets.
• Support team members with spreadsheet development and administrative assistance.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a medium-sized business (preferably in perishable goods).
• Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills: spreadsheet and order system experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Tele sales experience (advantageous but not essential).
• You must have full working rights to work in Australia
