We are seeking a hybrid role for Escape Parks Operations in Far North Queensland:

Etty Bay Cabins and Caravan Park - Casual All-Rounder (Facilities Cleaner. Housekeeper and Guest Service Operator)

Guest Service Operator: Tasks

Handle the daily operations of the reception which includes, but not limited to the following activities:

Opening and closing of office reception

Managing phone calls and other correspondence

Making bookings and attending to booking requests and enquiries

Payment processing and handling

Guest and booking management

Maintain cleanliness of the office reception

Cleaning of the amenities

Facilities Cleaner and Housekeeper: Tasks

Critical position to the Facilities Cleaner is responsible for, but not limited to the following activities:

Day-to-day cleaning of all facilities in accordance with the cleaning program

Cleaning of the cabin/s are to be completed to a high and professional standard

Management of linen which includes washing, ironing or steaming (as required) and folding

Support the Facilities Manager and Regional Manager in managing the preventative facilities program

Multiple site cleaning to support a full-day roster.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will undergo a mentoring/training program that will provide you with the tools required to execute the role. However the ideal candidate must possess the following essential skills and experience:

Strong computer skills and experience in working with cloud-based platforms

Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality, Tourism or Business management is highly desirable

Be able to work efficiently and effectively, understanding constraints such as allocated budgets and maintaining company standards

Comfort with ambiguity, willingness to adapt and follow the system

Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
