From our production warehouse in Sunshine West, our team of 20+ passionate food makers, movers, and talkers supply some of Australia’s best restaurants, retailers, and food lovers.

About the role:

We’re currently looking for a new casual team member to take on a hybrid role, working across both our delivery driving and warehouse operations. We have 24-38 hours available on a weekly basis. This role offers a variety of tasks and the opportunity to contribute to multiple aspects of our business. If your strengths lie more in either delivery driving or warehouse operations, we still encourage you to apply—we're happy to shape the role around the right person/people.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Driving

• Safely deliver orders to restaurants, retailers, and customers across metro Melbourne and Regions.

• Pick and load orders for your delivery run

• Follow Routing software and instructions

• Perform top level customer service when delivering goods

• Communicate any customer feedback or issues to the team

Warehouse Operations

• Pick and pack orders for our delivery vans, couriers, and postal services

• Assist with receiving incoming stock and maintaining proper inventory records

• Help load/unload trucks (forklift use)

• Regular stock rotation (Forklift use)

• Perform weekly stocktake

• Inventory software management (Cin7)

• Preparing routing software for delivery runs (Routific)

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

What we’re looking for:

• Prior experience in a warehouse and/or delivery driving role

• A manual driver’s licence (essential for delivery work)

• A forklift licence (for warehouse work)

• Experience using Cin7 and Routific software (Desired)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Physical capability to lift boxes (up to 25kg)

• A reliable, enthusiastic, and positive approach to work

• Knowledge of Melbourne suburbs and roads (for delivery applicants)

• Previous experience in food wholesale or distribution is a bonus

• A positive individual who can further enrich team culture

Work hours:

• Delivery shifts typically run from Mon-Fri 8:00am – 4:30pm

• Warehouse shifts typically run from Mon-Fri 7:00am – 3:30pm

(Some flexibility required depending on operational needs)
