The Role

We are looking for an experienced storeperson to join our small but well oiled team.

You should be someone who will enjoy working closely with not only the warehouse team, but also with our customer service, education and sales teams. We are committed to ensuring our customers have a seamless experince starting with exceptional service and accurate and timely pick, pack and despatch.

The role is full-time Monday to Friday onsite

Responsibilities

Accurately pick, pack and dispatch customer orders in a timely and cost-effective manner

Process customer returns and generate credit notes

Replenish shelves and picking locations when stock levels are low

Receive and sort incoming purchase orders

Unload containers and palletise stock for storage in racking

Occasionally assist Customer Service team with order or stock-related enquiries

Skills and Experience

A can-do attitude and enjoy working as part of a small close knit team

Be physically fit and able to work on your feet throughout the day

Capable of safely lifting and carrying cartons up to 25kg unassisted

Forklift experience is highly regarded (if no forklift licence, then willingness to obtain a forklift licence)

Strong understanding of technology and a willingness to learn and use our warehouse management system and other software programs
