They are now seeking to employ multiple Project Managers to join them to deliver major land development projects in SE QLD.

Roles
In your role you will manage multiple projects at any given time with your role being approximately 80% office based and 20% site. You will be responsible for management of relationships with clients/subcontractors, commercial outcomes, achieving production/KPI targets, contracts administration and delivering high quality projects.

As a Project Manager, we are looking for candidate's who have a demonstrable history in the delivery of land development projects in the region, has a good industry reputation and also has a stable employment history. These roles will suit individuals who have a minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience and are looking to join a business that offers employment for the long-term.

Roles require candidates with experience in; programming, cost control, contracts administration, management of direct/indirect staff, management of stakeholder relations, tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering and a commitment to HSE.
