Claims Processing & Compliance Officer. In this role, you'll be responsible for reviewing and processing claims across various federal and state-based schemes, including Solar Water Heater (SWH), Photovoltaic (PVD), and PRC NSW Battery claims.

Your attention to detail and commitment to compliance will play a vital role in ensuring efficient claim validation and submission.

Key Responsibilities:

Compliance Checks: Review incoming SHW, PVD, and PRC battery paper claims for accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Data Entry: Enter claims into the database efficiently and accurately.

Validation & Verification: Conduct compliance checks on all claims, following a structured validation framework (similar to a traffic light system – pass/rfi/stop).

Batching & Submission: Prepare verified claims for submission to the Clean Energy Regulator (CER).

General Administration: Provide administrative support to ensure smooth claims processing operations. including data excel reconciliations and exporting.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and compliance checks.

Familiarity with federal and state-based energy rebate schemes (desirable but not essential).

Ability to work efficiently under time constraints while maintaining high accuracy.

Experience with claims processing, data validation, or administration is an advantage.
