Leader Earthworks are currently seeking experienced in the following operators to work as part of our team on multiple projects throughout the tweed and surrounding areas,

Final trim excavator operator

Multiskilled operators are highly desirable in order to establish the project. At this stage Leader is not able to provide positions to trainees, however once established we expect to make an intake available in the future. This is a 5-6 day a week position.

About the role:

We are seeking exceptional operators with proven history of operating plant to a safe and high standard on construction sites to join our team.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your main responsibilities will be to operate the relevant plant on the project site as instructed, ensuring high quality project delivery.

This will be a casual position with the opportunity to gain full time employment.

To be successful you must have:

Current unrestricted driver's license

WHS General Construction Induction Certificate (White Card/Blue Card)

Relevant RII tickets (must be less than10 years old or willing to complete VOC to update required minimum date of ticket prior to starting)

Previous experience working in civil construction

Be able to work as part of a team and autonomously, trustworthy, hard-working and take pride in your work

Previous experience with GPS machine control is a must
