We’re looking for experienced, multi-skilled all-rounders to join our growing team on a busy mine site in the Northern Goldfields of WA.

If you enjoy variety in your work, being out in the bush, and value a family-friendly roster – this is the role for you.

About the Role:
We need versatile plant operators who can jump on different machines confidently and get the job done. You'll be part of our dayworks team performing:

Maintenance grading of mine access and haul roads

Water cart operations for dust suppression and road prep

Excavator tasks such as rock breaking, trenching, and clean-up

Loader work – stockpile management, loadout, general duties

General earthworks, site clean-up, drainage, and rehab

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, can work unsupervised, and takes pride in a job well done.

What You’ll Need:

Solid, proven experience across graders, excavators, loaders, and water carts

Operating tickets and Open Class Australian Driver’s Licence

Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen

Current Police Clearance (NPC) or willing to obtain

Understanding of HSEQ standards

A flexible, proactive attitude – willing to pitch in and help wherever needed
