Leading International Freight Forwarder & logistics provider seeking Key Account Manager to handle day to day customers ensuring customer satisfaction in driving process and accurate reporting. A person with solid customer service experience in International Freight Forwarding .

Reporting to the Regional Head about the role :-

PO management, quoting, rate negotiation , follow up and completion with final invoicing.

End to end operations handling customer expectations for primarily Ocean freight LCL/FCL shipments.

Monitor cargo availability, update with status report

Organise for local charges to be paid, process local and overseas invoices.

Customer needs are clearly identified, implemented, documented

Customer support and problem solving

Weekly reports on current position, opportunities, threats

Measure and improve quality through KPI’s

Implementing and supporting customer’s needs

Building strong customer relations

You must have strong attention to detail to manage a series of ongoing tasks.

Cargowise1 experience ideally sought

A person who has confidence to improve service levels for all parties including customer expectations.

This is a full time permanent role normal office hours, working at Sydney Head office Alexandria NSW 2015.

You must have previous local experience working in International Freight Forwarding, ideal opportunity to step up from Import Operations, Customer Service to KAM.

Salary negotiable based on your experience.
