MLHD are recruiting Assistants in Nursing (AIN) to join our team at Harden MPS.

About the Role
As an AIN, you will be supported by the nursing team whilst working across acute and aged care environments.
You will engage in meaningful and rewarding tasks whilst working within your scope of practice.
This rewarding role is responsible for delivering high level care and support to vulnerable patients and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Education and Development: Promoting best practice through development and clinical education and training.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of patient care by implementing best practices and quality improvement initiatives to promote a culture of quality and safety.
- Critical Thinking: Demonstrate effective problem solving and decision making.
- Communication and Teamwork: Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Professional Development: Maintain professional growth and development by participating in educational opportunities.

Requirements:
- Certificate lll in Health Services Assistance or one year completion of Undergraduate Registered Nursing or Midwifery degree
- Aged Care Check
- NSW Working with Children Check
- Vaccination Category A
- Australian Working Rights
