The role:

• Work with the multi disciplinary team across the Perioperative Units in hospitals like Mackay, Rockhampton, Kingaroy, Hobart, Canberra, Lismore and many more
• Act as a valued member of the team, assisting surgeons and anaesthetists, preparing lists, coordinating admissions/discharges, scrubbing/scouting, providing excellent care to surgery patients pre and post operatively

Requirements:

• 4+ years experience as a Perioperative RN
• Must be able to work across at least two disciplines in the surgical units - anaesthetics, PACU, scrub/scout
• Be confident in the specialty area and show initiative
• Ability to team lead
