Job Highlights:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign production staff to various locations
• Enforce the company dress code
• Adhere to procedures, specifications, and policies
• Meet customer deadlines and specifications, and notify of any exceptions
• Verify that labels are accurate and up to date
• Conduct daily quality assurance checks
• Maintain cleanliness of the factory and office
• Perform some heavy lifting as required

About You:

• Proven leadership and coaching abilities
• Clear communication of orders and instructions
• Experience in food processing and machine operation within the FMCG industry
• Initiative to seek out work with limited directions
• Excellent attention to detail
• Knowledge of hygiene, food safety, and HACCP protocols
• Committed, reliable, and possess a strong work ethic
